Job summary

Colonial Pipeline Company is seeking a Project Inspector to help ensure safe, compliant execution of pipeline, facility, tank, and related infrastructure projects. You will act as the eyes and ears on site, enforcing safety rules and maintaining high integrity in work performed.

You should bring a High School Diploma, 3+ years in inspection, and strong knowledge of pipeline regulations. Travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license are required, with DOT/HAZWOPER readiness and related

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Know-how of pipeline, tank, and terminal regulations and best practices.
• Strong safety knowledge for excavation and shoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with computers and smart tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety, enforce safety rules, and report near misses.
• Provide oversight for pipeline, facility, and tank projects.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation accurately and on time.
• Verify calibration of tools and alignment with standards.
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders.
• Be prepared to support emergency response with required certifications.
