Job summary

Tallgrass seeks a field-focused professional to implement and coordinate the Company Damage Prevention Program across gas and liquid pipelines, appurtenances, and facilities in Minnesota. You will locate, patrol, inspect, and document activities, ensuring reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include liaising with landowners, public officials, and emergency personnel; overseeing contractors; and maintaining accurate mapping and records while working non-traditional

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) may be required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark facilities before and during excavations.
• Perform patrols, surveys, leak detection, and inspections per procedures.
• Coordinate Damage Prevention and Public Awareness activities.
• Provide oversight to ensure asset protection and compliance near pipelines.
• Represent the company with landowners, officials, and at local meetings.
• Train and oversee personnel and contractors as needed.
• Perform government compliance activities and document accordingly.
• Conduct right-of-way inspections for geotechnical concerns.
• Install, repair, service, and maintain valves and pipeline appurtenances.
• Operate and maintain field equipment.
• Participate in safety programs and develop procedures.
• Maintain facilities and equipment in line with standards.
