Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Construction Coordinator to plan and schedule internal construction teams, estimate costs, and support monthly work plans. The role emphasizes safe work habits and independent execution in pipeline integrity and maintenance projects. Travel to field locations may be required.

The successful candidate will collaborate with project management and field teams, develop schedules, manage financials, and ensure documentation accuracy at closeout.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduation or associate's degree, or equivalent.
• 5 years of pipeline or related construction experience.
• Experience in project management and/or work planning and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems, specifically SAP and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term schedules and work plans.
• Provide bottoms up cost estimates based on design reviews and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Management to establish construction requirements and enable project success.
• Manage project financials including PO maintenance, invoicing support, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Regional Field Work Planners for outages and operations support.
• Provide logistics support to Construction Crews and external vendors as required.
• Assist in monitoring work activities and tracking performance metrics.
• Assist with cost performance tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate fleet vehicles, driver and equipment records, inspections and maintenance.
• Coordinate capital equipment and tool purchases.
• Coordinate compliance training for Construction Services team.
• Conduct site visits; travel to field locations may be required (up to 30%).
