Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical school graduation or an associate’s degree, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of pipeline construction experience.
• Experience in project management or work planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel for planning and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term schedules and work plans.
• Provide bottoms up cost estimates based on design reviews and drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Management to establish construction requirements.
• Manage project financials including PO maintenance, invoicing, forecasting.
• Coordinate with Regional Field Work Planners to arrange support.
• Provide logistics support for materials and services with external vendors.
• Arrange third party contractors, external vendors and suppliers.
• Assist Construction Services Manager in monitoring work activities and metrics.
• Assist with cost performance tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate fleet vehicles and equipment files and inspections.
• Assist with capital equipment and tool purchases.
• Coordinate training for Construction Services team.
• Conduct site visits and travel to field locations up to 30%.
