Qualifications

• NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties.
• Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision.
• Take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman.
• Perform safe and productive work and maintain positive working relationships with the crew.
• Produce high quality work, safely and efficiently.
