Job summary

Sundt Enterprise seeks a Craft Training Instructor to lead classroom and hands-on instruction aligned with NCCER standards and Department of Labor guidelines. You will coordinate assessments, apprenticeship activities, and documentation while collaborating with project teams to expand craft training opportunities.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality training, maintaining training integrity, and representing Sundt in educational and industry partnerships. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in a construction environment.
• NCCER certified or able to obtain in the first 6 months of employment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NCCER Assessment activities including scheduling, delivery, and tracking.
• Coordinate and execute activities for Registered Apprenticeship programs
• Coordinate with the Craft Training Coordinator to ensure training documentation is accurate and submitted timely
• Ensure the integrity of all craft training programs
• Facilitate development of NCCER standard training, Apprenticeship, and skill upgrade needs
• Represent the company in schools, educational organizations and industry associations to sustain partnerships
• Work with Sundt's Profit Centers and projects to expand project-based craft training
