Qualifications

• Must read and understand drawings, specs, safety and quality standards.
• Minimum experience levels: I=3y, II=4y, III=5y, Sr.=6+ years in industrial/construction pipefitting.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Share knowledge and teach others.
• Eliminate waste in processes (waiting, rework, transporting, storage, time).
• High proficiency in trade mathematics.
• Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance with plans and specs; explain deficiencies and take corrective action.
