Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitting Foreman to lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects around the Phoenix area. The role focuses on installing and supervising mechanical piping systems while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You'll coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and trades to meet schedules and production goals, supervise daily activities, and mentor apprentices and journeymen on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience.
• Foreman or lead pipefitter experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical piping systems and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating crews on active commercial construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.

Commercial Pipefitting Foreman – Mechanical Construction

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay: $37–$43 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitting Foreman to lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience installing and supervising mechanical piping systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
