Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitting Foreman to lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial projects across the Phoenix area. You will supervise installation of mechanical piping systems and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience and prior foreman or lead experience. OSHA 30 is preferred. Competitive hourly pay with full-time benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience.
• Experience leading pipefitting crews as Foreman or Lead Pipefitter preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and piping isometric drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead pipefitting crews on commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping isometric drawings.
• Install and oversee installation of chilled water, heating water, condenser water, process piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman pipefitters.
• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.
