Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking a Foreman to lead a team of pipefitters on an Arizona construction site for advanced semiconductor facilities. You will supervise daily operations, enforce safety, manage tools and deliveries, and control site access to ensure efficiency and compliance.

This position requires 5+ years in construction, 3+ years in supervision, and strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with engineers, safety personnel, and subcontractors on

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years in a construction environment.
3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Pipefitters on site.
Oversee setup and breakdown of temporary structures such as tents, fencing, and barriers.
Monitor site access to ensure only authorized personnel enter the site.
Ensure safety signs, barriers and PPE are in place and in good condition.
Provide daily reports to the site manager on conditions and issues.
