Job summary

Sundt Inc. is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to lead and supervise pipe fitting and fabrication work onsite in Phoenix. You will coordinate craft crews, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery per plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include planning weekly and 6‑week schedules, maintaining productivity, and mentoring crew members. Strong leadership, drawing interpretation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in pipefitting with expert drawing knowledge (orthographic, isometric, P&IDs).
• Ability to set standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and supervision of pipe fitting and fabrication work.
• Coordinate crews and ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Participate in safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
• Ensure accurate time sheets and productivity reports.
• Develop weekly work plans and monitor 6-week schedule.
• Set weekly production goals and complete work on time and under budget.
• Uphold company policies and the Sundt Way.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to crew members.
