National Association of Women in Construction in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to lead a crew on a large-scale semiconductor construction project. You will supervise about 5–6 Pipefitters/Welders, coordinate daily piping activities, and ensure work is completed safely and to high quality.

The role involves UPW piping systems, carbon steel piping 4" to 48", welding, bolting, and connections.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of Pipefitter experience or Journeyman-level experience.
• Strong experience with high-pressure water piping systems or other liquid piping systems.
• Industrial or large-scale construction piping experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with carbon steel piping, welding, bolted connections, and piping installation.
• At least 1 year of Team Lead, Crew Lead, or Foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, organize, schedule, and oversee the work of a piping crew.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or UPW piping experience is highly desirable.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to lead a crew of approximately 5 to 6 Pipefitters/Welders on a large-scale semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong industrial piping experience who can effectively organize a crew, maintain production schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and to high-quality standards.

The project involves work on Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) piping systems, including welding, bolting, fitting, and connecting carbon steel piping ranging in size from approximately 4\" to 48\".
