Faith Technologies in Indiana is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter / Welder to join our digitally driven fabrication shop. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, guided by BIM drawings and spool sheets.

The role emphasizes shop-based work, precision, and quality, with a 6 am–6 pm schedule, Monday–Friday and travel up to 25% for field projects as needed. Clean facilities and modern equipment support skilled craftspeople.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED; welding certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years in piping fabrication, fitting, welding stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Experience reading piping isometrics, spool drawings, BIM fabrication drawings.
• Preferred: TIG welding, MIG, stick welding, copper brazing; familiarity with fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems.
• Perform TIG welding, MIG welding, and copper brazing.
• Read piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM fabrication drawings.
• Layout, measure, cut, and assemble pipe spools and mechanical assemblies.
• Operate welding machines, pipe positioners, CNC pipe processing equipment.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
