Faith Technologies, a leading fabrication and engineering company, seeks a skilled Pipe Fitter / Welder for our Indiana shop. You will fit, weld, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel, working with BIM-generated drawings to ensure precision and quality.

The role emphasizes shop-based fabrication over fieldwork, with modern equipment, structured production schedules, and opportunities for long-term growth in a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in fitting, fabricating, and welding piping.
• Experience reading piping isometrics and BIM drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems in stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Perform TIG, MIG, and copper brazing per procedures.
• Read piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM fabrication drawings.
• Lay out, measure, cut, and assemble pipe spools and mechanical assemblies.
• Operate welding machines, pipe positioners, CNC pipe processing equipment.
• Maintain quality, safety, and clean shop environment.
