What You Will Do:

As a Pipe Welder/Pipefitter, you will be responsible for the following essential duties:

• Layout & Installation
  • Lay out and install piping systems using shop or contract drawings.
  • Assemble and secure pipe systems, including hangers, supports, and related components.
• Blueprint Reading & Welding Execution
  • Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding procedures to determine appropriate techniques and materials.
  • Perform welding tasks—cutting, fitting, and joining metal components using TIG, MIG, or stick welding methods.
• Pipefitting Tasks
  • Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes according to exact specifications.
  • Ensure all installations meet proper alignment and structural integrity.

What We Are Looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in both pipe welding and pipefitting.
• Strong familiarity with welding codes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Expertise with a variety of metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys.
• Comfortable using various welding tools and equipment.
• Skilled in different welding techniques: TIG, MIG, and stick welding.
• Solid math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently at extreme heights on ladders, scaffolds, and man lifts.
• Committed to producing high-quality welds and precise pipefitting joints.
