RANDALL is a leading self-performing subcontractor serving Florida and the Southeast. A family-owned company with over 400 employees and 35+ years of experience, it operates from a 100,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Central Florida.

We are seeking Metalwork Field Installers / Welders to work behind the scenes at Orlando's top attractions and venues. The role involves working independently or leading a team, reading blueprints, fabricating and installing metal structures, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and sketches.
2. Fabricating and assembling metal structures using welding and cutting tools.
3. Overseeing the installation of finished elements.
4. Operating and maintaining welding equipment (Tig, Mig, Flux Core).
5. Ensuring safety and effective communication.
6. Possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand for hours, bend, stretch, crouch, respond quickly to sounds, work in extreme weather, and wear PPE.
