Qualifications

• 3-5 years of verifiable experience in piping systems and fixtures
• Knowledge of lengths and construction measurements for tools and machinery
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs piping and tubing systems to conduct water, steam, air, and other fluids, solids or gases in and around buildings and structures
• Installs vacuum piping systems, drainage and sewage lines (laterals) from buildings to the point of attachment
• Handles and moves materials and equipment for plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters
