Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Pipefitter Helper for the West Bartow Reclamation Facility in Kingston, GA. The role involves assembling, installing and replacing piping systems and related components, including metal, plastic and ceramic materials, and assisting senior pipefitters on the jobsite.

You will contribute to safety, performance and timely completion while working across our Building, Transportation and Water divisions; prior piping experience

Qualifications

• 2-5 years verifiable experience preferred.
• Experience with piping systems and fixtures; knowledge of lengths and construction measurements for tool use.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs piping and tubing systems for water, steam, air and other fluids.
• Installs vacuum piping, drainage and sewer lines from buildings to attachment point.
• Moves materials and equipment for plumbers and pipefitters on site.
