Job summary

Archer Western Construction is seeking a Pipefitter Helper for the West Bartow Reclamation Facility in Kingston, GA. The role involves assembling, installing and replacing piping systems and related components, including metal, plastic, ceramic and composite materials; installing plumbing fixtures.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of verifiable piping experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Opportunities exist to work across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years verifiable experience preferred.
• Experience with piping systems and fixtures; knowledge of lengths and construction measurements for tools and machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs piping and tubing systems for water, steam, air and other fluids in buildings and structures.
• Installs vacuum piping systems, drainage and sewer lines (laterals) from buildings to attachment points.
• Handles and moves materials and equipment for use by plumbers and pipefitters.
