Job summary

Walsh Group is seeking a Pipefitter Helper for the West Bartow Reclamation Facility in Kingston, GA. You will assist plumbers and pipefitters with assembly, installation, and replacement of piping systems.

Candidates should have 2–5 years verifiable experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, pass drug screen, and comply with safety policies. We offer opportunities to work across the U.S. and access to industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years verifiable experience preferred.
• Experience working with piping systems and fixtures; knowledge of lengths and construction measurements for tools and machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, and installs piping and tubing systems that conduct water, steam, air, and other fluids, solids, or gases in and around buildings and structures.
• Installs vacuum piping systems, drainage and sewage lines (laterals) from buildings to the point of attachment.
• Handles and moves materials and equipment to be used by plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters.
