Job summary

Sundt Construction is hiring a Pipefitter Helper in Mesa, AZ. You will assist Journeymen with installing small diameter PVC/glued pipe and related fittings on a 1-year project with overtime potential.

A pre-employment drug test is required and the project runs 40+ hours per week, with a $28.50 per hour pay rate and no subsistence. Responsibilities include plan, lay-out and perform pipe fitting and fabrication per plans, codes and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards and effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.
• Must have 3+ years (level I), 4+ years (level II), 5+ years (level III) and 6++ years (level Sr.) experience in industrial/construction piping.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
