Job summary

Sundt Construction in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced pipe welder to plan, lay out and perform pipe welding and fabrication work in accordance with plans, specifications and standards. You will work with other trades as needed and follow directions from foreman.

The role requires reading drawings, P&IDs and isometrics, performing quality work safely, and continuously seeking improvements. Strong math skills and ability to communicate clearly are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, specifications, safety and quality standards.
• Must pass required weld tests for the work being performed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
