Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled pipefitter to lay out, fabricate, assemble, install and maintain piping for steam, hot water, heating and cooling systems. You will work in facilities, following plans, installing supports, threading, welding and testing piping networks while observing safety and quality standards.

The role requires reading plans, measuring precisely and working at heights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with shop mathematics and measurement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Select piping materials based on job specifications.
• Inspect sites for obstructions and plan installation sequence.
• Cut, thread and bend pipes; install hangers, brackets and supports.
• Assemble, install and test piping systems and related components.
• Observe safety rules and use protective equipment as required.
