Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman for the West Bartow Water Reclamation Facility in Kingston, GA. You will supervise a crew of 3–15, coordinate pipefitting operations, and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of foreman experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans. The role offers opportunities to work across the U.S., with access to training and career advancement within our Building, Transportation, and Water

Qualifications

5+ years of Foreman/leadership experience in construction.
Strong leadership and crew management abilities.
Proven capacity to communicate effectively with crew, management, subcontractors and vendors.
Ability to read and interpret work plans and specifications.
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervises crews within their area or portion of the project.
Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned workers while coordinating with other trades.
Reads specifications and plans to determine construction requirements and procedures.
Locates and marks site locations using measuring tools.
Records personnel, production, and operational data on forms/reports.
Assists workers using hand tools or equipment.
Inspects work progress, equipment, and site to ensure safety and compliance with specs.
Adheres to safety protocol and maintains a drug-free environment.
Trains and supervises workers on company safety policies and procedures.
