Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Certification in Pipefitting.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and in various conditions.
• Clear background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a skilled crew in sheet metal, pipefitting, or plumbing installation, ensuring top-quality work and safety.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades for seamless project execution.
• Manage materials, tools, and job costs to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Represent your team in strategic discussions and daily huddles.
• Provide health, dental, and vision coverage (employee coverage paid by Worth).
