Job summary

Worley is seeking a capable foreman to lead a crew on industrial construction/maintenance projects. The role requires directing employees, interpreting drawings, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

You will prepare reports and coordinate with supervisors to maintain schedules and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in industrial construction or maintenance and preferably NCCER certification with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and crew.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
• Plan work and take responsibility and accountability for their crew.
• Enforce safe practices and be familiar with jobsite safety plan.
