Lee Industrial Contracting in Pontiac, MI is seeking motivated individuals to join our pipefitting apprenticeship program. You will gain hands-on experience on equipment installation, construction, and service projects while working under foremen and skilled tradespeople.

As an employee-owned company, we value safety, teamwork, and dedication. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to follow instructions, and able to lift up to 50 pounds; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with ability to use tape measure and power hand tools.
• Basic math and geometry knowledge required for measurements and layouts.
• Participation in employer-sponsored DOL Pipefitting Apprenticeship is required or encouraged.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support other apprentices and foremen on projects.
• Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Keep the job site clean and well-organized.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Gain essential service and installation skills to progress within the department.
