• Mechanically inclined with common hand tools and measuring tools.
• Basic Math & geometry knowledge.
• 1-2 years' experience in commercial/industrial setting or technical schooling.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Self-directed and capable of working independently.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support apprentices and foreman on projects.
• Follow team instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
