Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Walla Walla, WA

Responsibilities

1. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
2. Pick orders, assist with customer pick-ups, and perform cycle counts as needed.
3. Assist in moving finished goods between the plant and main warehouse.
4. Follow all 5S principles.
5. Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
6. Assist in shipping department projects such as installing and dismantling racks.
7. Utilize RF systems effectively.
8. Be familiar with pipe yard stock items and locations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
10. Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Licensed to operate forklift, pallet truck, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Complete a CTPAT background check.

Working Conditions

• Requires mobility, including walking, standing, reaching, bending, climbing, and lifting 50-75 lbs.
• Fast-paced environment requiring sensory attention.
• Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and sharp tools.
