Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Walla Walla, WA

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and house-keeping standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately load and unload trucks and receive production without supervision.
• Pick orders, assist with customer pick-ups, and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Assist in moving finished goods between plant and warehouse.
• Follow all 5S principles.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in shipping department projects, such as installing and dismantling racks.
• Utilize RF system effectively.
• Be familiar with pipe yard stock items and their locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Licensed to operate forklift, pallet truck, and other handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Complete a CTPAT background check.

Working Conditions:

• Require mobility, routine walking, standing, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting 50-75 lbs.
• Fast-paced environment requiring sensory attention.
• Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and sharp tools.
