Job Description

Skilled Trades Services is currently looking for Pipe Welders/Pipe Fitters for Muscatine, IA. Must have 6 years of experience and must show the experience on a resume. This is an industrial food grade project.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform TIG welding on stainless steel with argon for back gassing.
2. Install piping systems.

This is a 3-month project but could lead into a temp to perm position for the right person. Will be working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Pay is $30 an hour with $100 a day per diem for days worked if you are traveling over a 50-mile radius.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to pass a background check.
2. Pre-employment drug screen required.
3. Online plant safety training must be completed before starting.
