Loenbro is seeking experienced Fab Shop Pipe Welders for our Casper Fabrication Shop. You will fabricate, fit, weld, and assemble pipe spools and related assemblies, performing high-quality GTAW TIG and GMAW MIG welds per approved procedures.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years pipe welding in fabrication/shop environment.
• Proficient in GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding.
• Experience welding carbon steel and/or stainless steel pipe.
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment weld test.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate, fit, weld, and assemble pipe spools and related assemblies in a fabrication shop environment.
• Perform high-quality welds using GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG/Wire Feed) per approved procedures.
• Read and interpret isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Verify fit-up, dimensions, alignment, and weld quality before final completion.
• Inspect finished welds for compliance with codes, specs, and customer standards.
• Operate fabrication and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in training welder helpers and apprentices.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety, quality requirements, and customer specs.
