What Will You Do?

• Perform pipe welding activities, including hand welding and material handling equipment
• Determine type and gauge of steel to be welded, making appropriate adjustments for large thickness variations
• Use blueprints and design sketches
• Ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels; install correct components on the finished product
• Update and maintain required documentation
• Maintain a clean work area, care for tools, and dispose of hazardous waste properly
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Perform tasks according to ISO standards and requirements
• May be required to perform mass spec and visual inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Work Environment

Requires standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally. Must have specific vision abilities, including close vision and color evaluation. Work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to electrical shock, wet/humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and noise levels are expected.
