Base pay range

$63.00/hr - $73.00/hr

Summary: Seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to perform stress analyses and ensure code compliance in power generation facilities.

Requirements:

• BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from ABET accredited university
• 2-5 years piping/mechanical design experience with focus on pipe stress analysis
• Knowledge of ME101, AutoPIPE, SuperPipe, AutoCAD, Laser Scanning, GTStrudl preferred
• Professional Engineering License preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze changes to existing power plants and new plant systems
• Perform calculations, develop isometrics, provide design recommendations and change packages
• Lead design engineering efforts on multi-disciplined project teams
• Provide technical support for field execution including outage/turnaround projects
• Assist in constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development
