Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four (4) or more years experience in maintenance within a refining, industrial or manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnaround planning/execution and capital/expense projects.
Lead labor management discussions and develop strategic/operational plans and budgets.
Ensure safe, environmentally sound and reliable operations of the Maintenance department.
Coordinate with planning and scheduling to ensure job packages are appropriate and resources are aligned.
Oversee safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
