Job summary

Delek US is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance planning, turnarounds, and capital projects for our refinery operations. You will oversee safety, reliability, and environmental compliance while guiding a craft team to execute maintenance safely and efficiently.

The role requires 4+ years in refinery/industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and the ability to manage daily schedules and collaborate with Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four or more years of maintenance experience in refining/industrial/manufacturing facility required.
• No licensure or certification required.
