Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown piping maintenance activities.
• Develop detailed work packages with scope, labor, tools, materials, and hours.
• Review work requests and prioritize by safety and impact.
• Coordinate with facilities to schedule outages and maintenance windows.
• Ensure materials and parts are available before work starts.
• Prepare weekly and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Maintain CMMS records and track progress.
