Job summary

WESTERN REFINERY SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Pipe Layer & Grade Checker in Idaho. Immediate opening, with responsibilities to verify grading, install pipe, and read civil plans for accurate placement.

You will coordinate with crew members, operate pipe lasers and GPS rover gear, and uphold strict safety standards on the jobsite. WRS offers full medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience reading civil plans to determine grade, slope, and pipe placement.
• Ability to coordinate with crew and equipment operators to maintain grade.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and verify grade using a pipe laser, GPS rover station, and grade rod.
• Read and interpret civil plans to determine proper grade, slope, and pipe placement.
• Install a variety of pipe types and sizes in accordance with plan specifications.
• Coordinate with crew members and equipment operators to maintain accurate grade throughout excavation and installation.
• Identify and communicate grade or plan discrepancies before they affect installation.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols.
