KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Highly motivated and at the job site on time.
2. Must have the ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse conditions such as extreme weather and enclosed spaces.
3. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work without close supervision once they have received direction for their task.
6. Load and unload equipment from trailers.
7. Ensure that equipment and materials are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
8. Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of refuse.
9. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
10. Participate in weekly safety meetings.
11. Must have reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
12. Willingness and ability to work overtime when necessary.
