Purpose and Summary

The position's purpose is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist with operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedules for the facility and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse products and materials.
• Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain the facility, equipment, and company image.
• Contribute to efficiency and cost reduction goals.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.

Other Job Functions

• May be required to drive and run local errands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification and CDL.

Work conditions may include extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, varying heights, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Willingness to participate in training and pass background checks, drug tests, and motor vehicle reports is required.
