Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Pipe Layer to join our field team. You will lay ductile pipe for storm sewers, drains and water mains, perform trenching, and assist with joints and grading.

This role requires physical labor, frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, and strict adherence to safety protocols in a drug-free environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years Commercial Construction Pipe Laying experience preferred.
• Experience in underground ductile iron piping required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lay ductile pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains
• Perform any combination of the following tasks: grade trenches or culverts, position pipe, or seal joints
• Position required frequently lifting up to 75 lbs
