Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is hiring a Pipe Layer in Tennessee to lay ductile pipe for storm and sanitation sewers, drains and water mains. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and performing trenching, grading, and pipe placement as part of commercial construction projects.

Applicants should have 2 years of pipe laying experience and experience with underground ductile iron piping, and must be able to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods while adhering to safety protocols in a drug-free

Qualifications

• 2 years Commercial Construction Pipe Laying experience preferred.
• Experience in underground ductile iron piping required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Lay ductile pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
• Perform any combination of the following tasks: grade trenches or culverts, position pipe, or seal joints.
