Job summary

Sterling Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Layer / Operator foreman in Tulsa, OK. The role involves leading a crew, interpreting blueprints, and coordinating pipe laying operations on site. You will enforce safety policies, plan workflow, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualified candidates have 4–6 years of pipe laying experience plus 2–3 years of supervisory experience, and must be able to operate heavy equipment safely. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervising/crew leadership experience.
• 4-6 years of pipe laying experience.
• 4-6 years overall of operating large heavy equipment in connection with pipe laying.
• Work safely.
• Be able to carry 70 lbs or more, frequent bending, climbing, twisting, balancing, stooping.
• Flexible availability for overtime and weekends.
