Job summary

Cook's Excavating, LLC is seeking a Pipe Foreman to supervise daily field operations for underground utility installations including water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage. You will lead the pipe crew, coordinate with project management, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

You will read and interpret construction plans, lay out pipe runs with precise elevations, coordinate material deliveries, and enforce safety and quality standards on active jobsites to maintain

• Direct and supervise pipe crew installing water, sewer, and storm drain utilities.
• Read and interpret construction plans, profiles, and specifications.
• Lay out pipe runs, structures, elevations, and slopes.
• Ensure installations meet project design, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower.
• Track daily quantities, deliveries, and manpower reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety practices.
• Communicate daily with superintendents.
• Troubleshoot field issues proactively and maintain project timelines.
• Train and mentor crew members to support growth and productivity.
