Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Pipe Layer Foreman in Carrollton, Georgia. The ideal candidate will supervise a crew of 5-15 construction employees and be responsible for laying pipes for storm and sanitation sewers.

This position requires physical strength, standing for long durations in various weather conditions, and adherence to safety protocols. 3 years of experience in commercial construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Pipe Layer Foreman preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Capable of standing for extended periods in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule crew of 5-15 construction employees daily
• Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains
• Perform any combination of the following tasks: grade trenches or culverts, position pipe, or seal joints
• Heavy physical labor associated with construction site
• Requires standing for long periods, working in all types of weather (including exposure to extremes of hot and cold) and in all kinds of work environments
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
