Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• NCCER certification and a valid DL are required.
• Education: no minimum education required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of on-site workers and coordinate construction activities.
• Develop and execute Look Ahead schedules and monitor adherence to plans.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks and training.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and manage equipment and materials.
• Plan logistics and manage costs to meet objectives.
• Maintain detailed daily reports of field activities.
