Job summary

E.S. Wagner Co., LLC has an opening for an Underground Utilities Foreman in Charlotte, NC, leading a multi-year highway construction effort at CLT. The Pipe Foreman will supervise crew daily activities, coordinate equipment and materials, and drive safe, efficient progress on site.

Responsibilities include planning work, maintaining records, and ensuring clear communication with management to align construction activities and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of drainage/pipe experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Airport policy: no felony convictions within the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a continuous safe work environment.
• Lead and manage crew daily activities and production.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Communicate activities and issues with management to coordinate construction activities.
