Job summary

E.S. Wagner Company, LLC is seeking a Pipe Foreman to lead drainage and pipe crews on a multi-year highway project at the CLT site in Charlotte, NC. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise field crews, maintain safety standards, and ensure timely progress and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of drainage/pipe experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing field conditions on a busy airport project. No phone calls please.

• Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
• Excellent team and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for seeing a continuous safe work environment.
• Effectively lead and manage crew members' daily activities and production.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Communicate activities and issues with other members of management to coordinate construction activities.
