Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pipefitting experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• HS diploma or equivalent; pipefitting apprenticeship preferred.
• Relevant pipefitting certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of pipefitters, ensuring work meets project specs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, resource allocation, task assignments, and progress monitoring to meet milestones.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe environment.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance, making adjustments as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, foremen, and team members for smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed, including logs and material usage.
• Mentor and train team members to promote skill development and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of pipefitters, ensuring work is performed according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, including resource allocation, task assignments, and progress monitoring to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pipefitter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in pipefitting preferred.
• Relevant certification in pipefitting is highly desirable.

Job Requirements/Special Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of various pipefitting techniques and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
• OSHA 30 construction certification obtained within the last 5 years is required.
