Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as pipe fitter and welder in industrial or commercial settings.
• Foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Valid welding certifications and pipe fitting licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Train and mentor junior pipe fitters and welders.

• Document daily work activities, progress, and any issues encountered on site.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Fitter/Welder/Foreman to join our team in Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe fitting and welding, combined with leadership experience to oversee and coordinate job site activities. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
